Blueberry Tea Cake

Cake Ingredients

¼ cup butter (softened)
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
½ cup milk
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups of blueberries

Cream with mixer, butter and sugar.  Add egg and milk.  Add all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt).  Stir in two cups of blueberries.  Pour into 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 square greased baking pan.

Topping Ingredients

½ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup butter (softened) (not melted)

Mix with mixer until crumbly.  Sprinkle over batter.

Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes.
