Blueberry Coffee Cake

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups flour, unsifted
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 pint fresh or frozen blueberries

Beat oil and eggs.  Add sugar.  Add remaining ingredients. Fold in blueberries.  Batter will be very thick.  Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 Tbsp butter
2 tsp cinnamon

Mix topping ingredients together.  Sprinkle on batter.  Bake for 350 degrees for about an hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.  Enjoy!
